Oakmont Senior Living in Santa Rosa, CA is seeking a Care Provider for a part-time evening shift (2:00PM - 10:00PM). Training provided; no prior experience required other than meeting basic qualifications.

The role focuses on assisting residents with daily activities and supporting independence with compassionate, respectful care. We offer benefits and a supportive team culture while delivering five-star services to residents.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but not required; training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent customer service skills; compassionate with the elderly.
• Strong written and verbal communication with staff and residents.
• Must pass criminal background check and health screening tests (including TB).
• Vaccination and PPE requirements may apply per policy.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) per care plan (eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, continence).
• Respond promptly to residents’ needs while maintaining dignity and safety.
• Report changes in resident condition to supervisor immediately.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork and cooperative interactions with staff and other departments.
