Cottages at Belleair in Clearwater, FL seeks Caregivers & Med Techs to join our care team. You will support residents with daily living activities, monitor health needs, and promote safety and independence in a warm, compassionate environment.

The role requires CPR certification, good English, and reliable, well-organized performance with strong communication. Full-time shifts include 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm and benefits are provided.

Qualifikationen

• Proven caregiver experience.
• 1–2 years as Med Tech if applying for Med Tech position.
• Possess or obtain CPR certification.
• Speak/read English fluently.
• TB screening required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Aufgaben

• Implement daily care and activities for residents per service plans.
• Respond to resident needs and alarms; promote independence.
• Maintain care records; report changes between shifts.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure a clean, safe environment.
• Address behavioral and psychosocial needs with compassion.
