Job summary

Suite Living Senior Care in Spring Lake Park, MN, seeks caring caregivers (CNA, HHA, PCA, RA, or NAR) to join our assisted living and memory care communities. You will work directly with residents to provide personalized care and support, making each day brighter.

We value empathy, reliability, and strong communication. Shifts include PM availability; all shifts may require weekend work, with ongoing training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience (Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred).
• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred.
• Ability to pass medications (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Support mobility and transfers within the facility.
• Help with medication administration (training provided).
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation.
• Light housekeeping and meal assistance.
• Monitor and report changes in condition to leadership team.
• Respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations.
