Job summary

Anchor Bay Pocasset is operated by Senior Living Residences. The Resident Care Associate role provides direct personal care to our senior residents in a safe, home-like environment where teamwork and compassion are valued.

Shifts run 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM and 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, with full-time or part-time options. Starting pay is $19 per hour, and the benefits package begins on day one, including health, dental, vision, and retirement plan options, plus ongoing training and development

Qualifications

• Physical requirements: Standing, sitting, bending, and transferring residents.
• Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers.
• Punctuality and reliability in fulfilling daily living assistance.

Responsibilities

• Spend quality time with seniors and provide direct personal care.
• Join or lead activities with residents to promote engagement.
• Record care and tasks using the electronic health record system.
• Assist housekeeping with light duties.
• Escort residents to meals and aid dining services as needed.
• Collaborate across departments to maintain a respectful, cooperative environment.
