Qualifications

• Experience with elderly care preferred but not required.
• Must pass a physical, drug screen, and background check; reference check may be requested.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist residents with daily activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with dressing, bathing, toileting, walking, and transfers.
• Remind residents about medications and maintain accurate documentation.
• Make beds and respond to call lights promptly.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care and work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
