Bickford Senior Living is hiring a Certified Caregiver to support resident care with compassion and dignity, ensuring daily needs are met for residents to live life to the fullest. The role includes a full suite of benefits for full-time staff and daily pay options.

Responsibilities include knowing residents by their care plans, assisting with activities of daily living, meal service, social engagement, and reporting changes to branch leadership.

Qualifications

• Active CNA license in good standing.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Willing to take additional training as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Know the residents you serve, providing care based on their service plans.
• Assist in all aspects of a resident’s daily life, including activities of daily living, meal service, and social engagement.
• Appropriately communicate with branch clinical leadership when a resident’s needs change.
• Knowledge of how to approach and care for residents with dementia.
