Continuum is seeking experienced caregivers for flexible afternoon and evening shifts in a one-on-one home-care setting. Part-time roles allow you to grow into full-time as clients are matched to your schedule and skills.

You’ll provide personal care, assist with daily routines and safety, offer companionship, and help with meals and light housekeeping. Strong communication with families and the care team is essential to delivering person-centered care.

Qualifications

• Dependable with strong home-care experience.
• Patient, compassionate and confident in care delivery.
• Able to work independently and take initiative.
• Understand boundaries, privacy, and person-centered care.
• Provide and maintain a valid driver's license, proof of insurance and reliable transport.
• Pass a background screening.
