Job summary

Continuum Home Care is seeking experienced caregivers to begin shifts as early as 7:00 AM across St. Charles County and the Greater St. Louis area. If you're dependable and enjoy helping older adults start their day safely, we'd love to meet you!

As a Continuum Home Care caregiver, you will assist clients with daily routines, support safe mobility, prepare meals, and maintain a clean home while delivering compassionate social engagement and clear communication with families and the care team.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience required.
• Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background screening.
• Ability to assist with lifting and transfers using proper equipment and assistive devices.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily routines such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Support safe mobility, transfers, and ambulation with assistive devices.
• Prepare meals and encourage healthy daily habits.
• Maintain a clean and organized home environment.
• Provide social engagement and reassurance.
• Keep families and care team informed of client needs and changes.
