Job summary

Continuum - St. Louis Home Care is seeking experienced caregivers to start shifts as early as 7:00 AM across St. Charles County and the Greater St.

Louis area. You will help older adults begin their day safely and comfortably by assisting with daily routines, mobility, meals, and home care in private residences. We value dependable, service-minded individuals who can work independently and communicate clearly with clients and families.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience is required.
• Valid driver\'s license, insurance and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background screening.
• Ability to assist with lifting and transfers using proper equipment and devices.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily routines: bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Support safe mobility, transfers, and ambulation using assistive devices.
• Prepare meals and encourage healthy daily habits.
• Help maintain a clean and organized home environment.
• Provide social engagement and reassurance; keep families informed.
