Job summary

Nagel Assisted Living, part of Sunflower Communities, is seeking an Evening Resident Care Specialist (CNA/HHA/DSP/PCA). You’ll assist residents with ADLs, support evening routines, and build meaningful relationships in a warm, home-like setting in Waconia, MN.

We value compassion, reliability, and teamwork. This role offers a $19.00-$25.00 hourly range with an evening shift differential and a consistent every-other-weekend schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience as CNA/HHA/DSP/PCA or Caregiver is helpful but not required.
• Passion for working with older adults.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable attendance and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, toileting, dining, and other ADLs.
• Support residents during evening routines and activities.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
• Promote resident independence, dignity, and quality of life.
• Monitor resident well-being and communicate changes to nursing staff.
• Document care accurately and support a safe environment.
• Work collaboratively with caregivers, nurses, and leadership team members.
• Help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere residents are proud to call home.
