• Assist with housekeeping, laundry, and building needs.
• Maintain clean, organized resident rooms and common areas.
• Address family or visitor concerns and direct them.
• Complete evening rounds and summarize unresolved issues.
• Support staff during busy periods and maintain a calm environment.
• Report significant concerns to leadership.
• Follow up on outstanding tasks.
