Greentree at Mount Vernon is seeking an Evening Shift Care Partner to assist seniors with daily living, health monitoring, and companionship in Mount Vernon, IL. The role emphasizes compassionate care and teamwork within the Greentree community.

Qualifications

• Must read, write and speak English with residents and coworkers.
• Ability to pass a background check and provide licensing docs if required.

Responsabilités

• Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Monitor health and document changes for Wellness Team.
• Offer emotional support and companionship to elders.
• Assist with meals and feeding when needed.
• Support participation in social and recreational activities.
• Communicate with residents, families, and other staff.
• Maintain general cleanliness and light housekeeping.
