Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities, meals, bathing, and mobility.
• Administer medications per policy and report changes to the nurse.
• Record vital signs and environmental conditions accurately.
• Prepare rooms for admission, transfer, or discharge and maintain a clean environment.
• Respond to call lights and ensure residents’ comfort and safety.
