The Mansion at Rosemont, part of HumanGood, is hiring a Full-Time Resident Care Assistant in Rosemont, PA. No CNA certificate required; we welcome applicants at all levels and will train the right candidate.

Under supervision, you will assist residents with personal care, support independence, and follow CARF/CCAC standards. Full-Time shift is 3pm–11pm with every other weekend; Part-Time 7am–3pm on weekends.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working with seniors.
• High school diploma, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and protection in the assisted living setting.
• Incorporate CARF/CCAC standards into daily routines for residents.
• Recognize residents’ interests and needs to maximize independence and participation.
