Job summary

Beverly Hospital, part-time Patient Care Technician for Cardiac Telemetry, is seeking a compassionate caregiver to work evenings with every-other-weekend and rotating holidays. Under RN supervision, you will perform basic patient care, monitoring, and support tasks in a fast-paced cardiac unit.

The role requires a High School Diploma, basic math, good communication, and BLS certification within 90 days of hire. CNA certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• BLS certification within 90 days of hire required.
• CNA Certification preferred but not required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Take vitals and monitor patient status.
• Measure height and weight; record readings.
• Monitor oxygen saturation and report changes to nurse.
• Collect specimens for analysis as directed.
• Record and track intake and output for patients.
• Provide personal care and assist with daily activities.
• Perform basic clinical procedures under RN supervision.
• Assist with meals, room service setup and feeding.
