Job summary

Beverly Hospital, part of Beth Israel Lahey Health, seeks a Patient Care Technician for Cardiac Telemetry on a per diem basis. Under RN supervision, you will support basic patient care, monitor vitals, and assist with daily activities to ensure patient safety and comfort.

The role requires a High School Diploma, basic math and reading skills, and BLS within 90 days. CNA certification is preferred but not required at hire.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• CNAs are preferred but not required on hire; BLS within 90 days is required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to read/write and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Monitor vital signs and assist with daily activities.
• Provide personal care while ensuring patient comfort and safety.
• Report unusual observations to RN promptly.
• Assist with room service and feeding as needed.
• Prepare and assist with basic clinical procedures under supervision.
