Job summary

NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager/Assistant Nurse Manager for the Cardiac Cath Lab/EP Lab at Columbia University Irving Medical Center in New York, NY. BCLS certification is required. This is an on-site, full-time evening position (12pm–10pm).

Qualifications

• At least two years of acute care RN experience.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Current New York State RN license (or willingness to obtain).
• BCLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of high-quality care to patients in the Cardiac Cath Lab/EP Lab.
• Mentor new staff.
• Collaborate with the Patient Care Director to establish short- and long-term goals for the units.
• Facilitate efficient, cost-effective unit operations.
• Communicate with all levels of leadership.
