King City Gardens is seeking a Machine Operator for the Wilmington, OH facility. The role operates automated and semi-automated equipment, maintains cleanliness, and ensures products meet quality and labeling standards.

Hours are Monday–Friday, 4pm–1am, with a pay rate of $24.50 per hour. Requires 2+ years in automation, and experience with packaging equipment, records, and safety practices. Benefits include health, vision, and dental after 30 days, plus employee discount.

Qualifications

• Understanding of automated assembly or packaging equipment.
• Ability to prepare concise and accurate records and reports.
• Ability to monitor equipment and product quality and communicate issues.

Responsibilities

• Operates automated and semi-automated equipment.
• Performs cleaning and maintenance of equipment.
• Conducts line clearances and label verification.
• Communicates issues involving equipment operation, quality, inspection, or troubleshooting.
• Collaborates with and monitors the performance of other operators as needed.
• Maintains departmental housekeeping standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
