Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• Six months experience in security or related field preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Patrol campus areas and monitor for disturbances, hazards, and unusual conditions.
• Enforce center policies, access requirements, and parking regulations.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies with de-escalation techniques.
• Prepare clear incident reports and logs in a timely manner.
• Provide escorts and monitor access to designated areas to prevent unauthorized entry.
• Operate security equipment including two-way radios and related gear.
• Communicate professionally with students, staff, and emergency personnel.
• Participate in training, drills and safety activities.
