Education & Training Resources LLC is seeking a Senior Security Officer for the 3rd shift in Montgomery, AL. The role focuses on coordinating daily security operations, guiding Security Officers, and ensuring safety across the Center and property.

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED, at least one year of security experience, a valid driver’s license with a clean record, and credentials like Water Safety Certification and CDL Class B within three months of hire.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of one year of experience in security, safety, or a related field.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Water Safety Certification and CDL Class B with passenger endorsement within three months of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily security operations to ensure safety of students, staff, visitors, and property.
• Provide leadership and guidance to Security Officers to ensure policy compliance.
• Conduct routine security patrols, inspections, and safety checks.
• Monitor entry screening, visitor IDs, access control, and student accountability.
• Respond to emergencies and incidents with proper action and timely reporting.
• Assist with investigations and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate work schedules for Officers and Drivers for adequate staffing.
• Ensure compliance with safety requirements and emergency procedures.
• Oversee fleet management responsibilities and vehicle inspections.
