Job summary

Catlin Gabel School seeks a dependable Campus Technician I to help keep our campus clean, safe, welcoming, and ready for students. This is a hands-on, full-time, 12-month role with an afternoon-evening schedule and non-exempt status.

You will work with Facilities colleagues and contracted partners on daily campus care, basic maintenance, event setups, moves, and building security. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to meet school insurance requirements.
• Experience in custodial, maintenance or facilities may be helpful.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean, safe, welcoming campus spaces including classrooms, offices, restrooms, and athletic facilities.
• Set up and reset spaces for school events and moves; respond to facility requests.
• Operate custodial tools and equipment; follow safety procedures and assist with emergencies.
• Support building security and evening patrols; collaborate with facilities staff and contractors.
