Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two years’ related work experience in education, student services, training, or career planning are preferred.
• Experience using Banner or college records systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides registration assistance and explains required processes to new students.
• Enters student enrollments into Banner and informs students of next steps.
• Provides a welcoming environment and supports onboarding objectives for new students.
• Interacts with staff to ensure academic needs are met and assists with scheduling.

Education
