Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepares food items for the menu in accordance with established portion sizes, quality, and taste.
• Prepares items as requested by customers.
• Records food and equipment temperatures in accordance with HACCP policies.
• Maintains kitchen, equipment, and food stations in a safe, sanitary condition.
• Operates cash register, POS terminal, or card reader per procedures.
• Follows 'clean as you go' policy and assists in cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Manages storage using FIFO and proper storage techniques.
