Requirements include at least 1 year of institutional or hospital food service experience, and certifications such as a Texas Food Handler and ServSafe Manager. High School diploma or equivalent preferred, with potential for advancement within our health

• One (1) year of institutional, hospital, or high-volume food service experience.

Responsabilidades

• The Cook is responsible for preparing, seasoning, and cooking food for patients, cafeteria customers, physicians, and staff in accordance with standardized recipes, therapeutic diet requirements, food safety regulations, and departmental policies.
• This position supports clinical nutrition services by ensuring meals are prepared accurately, safely, and in a timely manner to meet patient care standards.

ServSafe Food Protection Manager certification
