Hire East Idaho is seeking employees for a weighted production role in a climate-controlled facility. The position requires operating a standup forklift, weighing ingredients precisely, and maintaining strict safety and sanitation standards in alignment with FDA, FSMA, HACCP, GMP and OSHA regulations.

You will use Excel, RFGen and MasterControl as part of daily tasks, communicate clearly with supervisors, and participate in team meetings and safety initiatives.

Qualificações

• Proven ability to operate a standup forklift and a scissor lift safely.
• Demonstrated accuracy weighing ingredients to the nearest 1/1000th of a pound.
• Ability to read and follow instructions and write clear work notes.
• Strong math skills and problem-solving capabilities under pressure.
• Willingness to learn and work overtime as needed.
• Experience in manufacturing or similar environment preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Follow all plant safety, policy and regulatory requirements (FDA, FSMA, HACCP, GMP, OSHA).
• Operate equipment (forklift, scissor lift) and manage materials in a climate-controlled plant.
• Maintain sanitation with appropriate cleaning methods and chemicals.
• Participate in safety programs and meetings; support continuous improvement.
• Assist with inventory control and general duties as assigned.
