Job summary

Rockingham Cooperative Farm Bureau Inc is seeking a delivery driver to service customer farms and Coop facilities. You will ensure safe, reliable, and timely deliveries, handle customer inquiries, and support warehouse tasks as needed.

The role requires a Class B CDL, strong communication, and a high school diploma plus 2+ years of delivery experience. You will work closely with the Location Manager and contribute to a team-oriented, customer-first environment.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• At least two years of delivery experience.
• Class B CDL required.
• Excellent communication, organizational and follow-up skills.
• Proven ability to interact well with others and offer great customer service.

Responsibilities

• Delivers feed to customer farms and Coop facilities.
• Provides safe, reliable, and prompt delivery according to orders.
• Handles customer complaints and maintains professional service.
• Supports warehouse tasks, stocking, loading and unloading as needed.
• Maintains clean, stocked sales area and proper product dating.
• Attends store meetings and training for product knowledge.
• Assists in coordinating deliveries and follows up on service plans.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing physical tasks as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
