NEW Cooperative is seeking a Delivery Driver to deliver bulk feed and provide related customer services in a safe and efficient manner at our Creston, IA location. Hours may vary.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, with 1–3 months of related experience.
• Must hold a valid Class A CDL and be insurable to drive.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical every 2 years and understand safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Delivers bulk feed to specifications and maintains safe driving habits.
• Completes driving logs and documentation accurately and neatly.
• Performs maintenance on equipment and ensures cleanliness of vehicles.
• Assists in other areas as needed and works extended hours during busy seasons.
• Maintains open communication with supervisor and coworkers to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Adheres to safety protocols and uses PPE at all times.
• Promotes NEW Cooperative through professional and courteous interactions.
• Establishes personal performance goals and seeks ongoing development.
