Job summary

Holla Brunch Girl in Scottsdale is seeking a Part-time Bartender to craft classic and innovative drinks, deliver outstanding guest service, and maintain a clean, organized bar area.

You will engage with guests, take orders, suggest menu items, check IDs, restock supplies, and ensure compliance with beverage regulations. Prior bartender experience and completion of a training course are preferred; applicants must be 21+.

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
• Computer and POS system literacy.
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean.
• Previous bartending experience preferred.
• Must successfully complete a training course.
• Must be 21 years or older

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcoholic or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons.
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks.
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations.
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails.
• Plan and present bar menu.
• Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets the legal drinking age.
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
