Job summary

Five Star Breaktime Solutions is seeking a Location Attendant to service client breakrooms by restocking beverages, snacks, and coffee, while keeping spaces clean and organized. You will follow plan-o-gram standards and ensure attractive displays to enhance the customer experience.

Responsibilities include rotating stock using FIFO, checking dates, cleaning machines and workstations, and addressing equipment and inventory issues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must consent to a drug screen and pre-employment background check.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to lift, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Rotate between client breakrooms to restock and properly display beverages, coffee products, snacks, fresh food, condiments, and sundries in accordance with company plan-o-gram and promotional standards.
• Replenish and rotate stock across coolers, shelves, coffee racks, and vending machines following FIFO procedures in both client locations and storerooms.
• Inspect and remove products that are at or approaching their best-by date prior to each service visit.
• Clean and maintain coffee machines, vending machines, and surrounding stations, including floors; empty coffee grounds and filters regularly.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and elevate maintenance needs, theft, vandalism, or inventory shortages to management.
• Provide frontline customer service by actively listening to and resolving client complaints.
