Job summary

Coca-Cola Beverages Northeast is seeking a Merchandiser to ensure beverage availability, visibility, and promotion in retail stores across our territory. You will stock shelves, build displays, and maintain proper product levels to support our brands.

This role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to travel throughout the Greater Providence area, and the stamina to lift up to 55 pounds. You’ll work a Thursday–Sunday evening schedule and partner with store teams to drive sales.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Reliable vehicle for business use.
• Willingness to travel throughout the Greater Providence area.
• 1+ years of experience in grocery, retail, warehousing or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with pallet jacks.
• Ability to lift 40–55 pounds and stand/walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Execute merchandising plans for optimal product placement, display and availability.
• Maintain product on racks, shelves, displays, and coolers; identify replenishment needs.
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment.
• Set up promotional displays and signage per guidelines to drive sales.
• Secure damaged or defective product and keep space clean.
• Manage backrooms and backstock to ensure accurate counts.
• Operate pallet jack or hand-truck and other handling equipment.
• Build strong relationships with store managers and staff; provide excellent customer service.
