Avenues Recovery Center in Concord, NH is hiring BHTs for second shift (4pm-12am). You will manage daily residential operations, supervise the BHT team, and ensure a warm, compliant recovery environment for clients.

We value strong leadership, a compassionate, boundary‑setting personality, and CPR certification with a valid driver's license. A high school diploma or GED is preferred; sign-on bonus offered.

Mansioni

• Manage all daily residential operations (intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, medications).
• Train and support BHT team in all operations and responsibilities.
• Escalate concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician.
• Oversee client engagement and morale in a warm recovery environment.
• Ensure client and BHT compliance with all rules, policies and procedures.
