Job summary

River Crossing Withdrawal Management is seeking Behavioral Health Technicians. You will support detoxification efforts and teach basic living skills, partnering with the therapeutic team to follow treatment plans.

Responsibilities include consistent client guidance, safety practices, and timely documentation in the EHR. The role requires good communication, teamwork, and reliability within a secure facility environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good organizational and documentation abilities.
• Strong customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide instruction and guidance to clients admitted to River Crossing Withdrawal Management facility.
• Coordinate client activities with the treatment team and document progress in the EHR.
• Perform 30-minute bed checks with notes and reports, and escalate incidents to supervisors.
