Job summary

The Dimock Center is seeking a Behavioral Health Specialist for the CSS Treatment Services to support patients with Substance Use Disorders during detox and early recovery. You will work closely with nursing to provide evidence-based care, ensure patient safety, and assist with admissions, day-to-day clinical activities, and discharges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred.
• Significant experience with Substance Use Disorder or other human services work preferred.

• Assure safety and support to all clients admitted to The Dimock Center.
• Assess and communicate effectively while maintaining therapeutic boundaries.
• Support milieu staff in safety checks, admissions, and discharges.
