Dimock Center is hiring a Recovery Specialist/Behavioral Health Specialist for Clinical Stabilization Services. The role focuses on supporting patients in detox and early recovery, balancing direct care with administrative duties in an onsite Roxbury setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Recovery experience is a plus.
• Significant experience with Substance Use Disorders or related human services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Relate to clients and colleagues professionally and compassionately.
• Ensure safety and support for all clients in the program.
• Maintain therapeutic boundaries and enforce program structure.
• Support admissions, daily clinical operations, and discharges.
• Facilitate recovery-focused group sessions and activities.
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings.
