Job summary

Hudson Behavioral Health is hiring a Behavioral Health Aide for a M-F evening shift (12:00am-8:30am). You will greet patients on arrival, enforce rules, perform rounds, and prepare bedrooms. Orientation is provided at admission, with opportunities to grow in a supportive, mission-driven setting.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver's license, and a willingness to work evenings and some weekends. Benefits include paid leave, health coverage, and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Possession of a High School Diploma or GED or successfully pass an approved basic skills/proficiency assessment.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 violations.
• No prior experience required; addiction treatment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients as they arrive on the residential campus.
• Enforce and uphold patient rules and regulations.
• Complete rounds including perimeter and room checks.
• Prepare bedrooms for incoming patients.
• Provide orientation upon admission.
• Assist with additional tasks as needed on shift.
