Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician in Wise, VA to provide one-on-one behavioral therapy under supervision in home or community settings. The role supports implementation of treatment plans and progress tracking with a BCBA.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED, strong communication skills, and reliable transportation to travel between assignments. Hours are 3:30-7:30 pm, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 behavioral therapy in home or community settings.
• Implement treatment goals under BCBA supervision.
• Provide progress feedback to supervisor.
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills, and other goals.
• Track client progress and program data.
• Adhere to company policies and confidentiality.
