Qualifications

• Must have a valid Driver’s License.
• Must be willing to complete a Human Services background check and Motor Vehicle Record search.
• Experience with mental health or behavior support is preferred.
• Knowledge of Positive Support Strategies and de-escalation techniques.

Responsibilities

• Provide crisis prevention/intervention services.
• Monitor individuals for decline, crisis, or medication side effects.
• Incorporate CSSP and CSSP Addendum into daily interactions.
• Assist individuals with problem solving.
• Maintain complete and professional documentation.
• Participate in activities and appointments with individuals.
• Maintain clear communication with program management.
