Job summary

Enriched Living is hiring a Behavior Technician to support residents in residential settings. You will implement behavior support plans, promote emotional regulation, and help with daily living skills to ensure a safe, positive environment.

The role requires experience with maladaptive behaviors, a valid driver's license, and willingness to undergo background checks. Work includes every other weekend, with 4:00 pm–10:00 pm shifts and full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience with Maladaptive Behaviors is a MUST.
• Valid Driver’s License is required.
• Willingness to complete a Human Services background check and MVRS.
• Experience/education in mental health with POS/Safety supports required.

Responsibilities

• Provide crisis prevention/intervention services.
• Monitor for decline, crisis, and med side effects; intervene as needed.
• Incorporate CSSP and CSSP Addendum into daily interactions.
• Assist individuals with problem solving.
• Maintain complete and professional documentation.
• Participate in scheduled and spontaneous events including medical and family appointments.
