Job summary

A leading ABA therapy provider is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA-LBA) for immediate openings. In this role, you will lead and supervise ABA therapists, design treatment plans, and implement interventions for children with autism. The job offers flexible hours, competitive pay between $85,000 and $110,000 annually, and various benefits, including health insurance and a 401K match. You'll work within a supportive team, providing impactful care and mentorship.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is mandatory.
• Must be licensed as a Behavior Analyst in Arizona.
• In-person assessments are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise ABA therapists on cases.
• Design and update individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans.
• Analyze data and adjust programs based on client progress.
• Communicate with parents and provide ABA training.
• Collaborate with Program Managers for quality outcomes.
