Job summary

Jaybird ABA, a Finni Health company, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to lead our evening programming for school-aged learners in Indianola, IA. You will develop individualized behavior plans, supervise BTs/RBTs, and collaborate with families and schools to support emotional regulation, social skills, and learning at home and in the community.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required and a master's degree in ABA or related field.
• Experience running evening programming for school-aged learners.
• Experience with children and individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal communication skills.
• Willingness to pass a background check and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Conducting assessments and diagnostic evaluations for children with autism and developmental disabilities
• Developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans
• Providing one-on-one therapy and family support
• Supervising and mentoring BTs/RBTs to ensure consistent, high-quality care
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to create well-rounded care solutions
• Maintaining accurate and confidential documentation (HIPAA-compliant)
• Staying informed on current research and best practices in behavioral health
