Job summary

Jaybird ABA, a Finni Health company, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead our evening programming for school-aged learners in Indianola, IA. The role is part-time (3:30 PM–6:30 PM with some days offering additional hours) and pays $70–$90 per hour.

The position supports in-clinic, in-home, and in-school services. The BCBA will develop individualized programming, supervise staff, collaborate with families and schools, and address complex behavioral and social-emotional

Qualifications

• BCBA Certification is required.
• Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience running evening programming for school-aged learners.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal communication skills.
• Empathy, patience, and client-centered care.
• Reliable transportation.
• Active CPR Certification (assistance to obtain if needed).
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and diagnostic evaluations for children with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans.
• Provide one-on-one therapy and family support.
• Supervise and mentor BTs/RBTs for high-quality care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create comprehensive care solutions.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation.
• Stay updated on current research and best practices in behavioral health.
