DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Holland is seeking a talented Bartender/Server to join our hospitality team in Holland, MI. You’ll open the bar and dining area for dinner service, take orders, and deliver food and drinks while maintaining a clean, organized workspace.

We value dependable, guest-focused individuals with at least 1 year of service experience who can multitask during busy shifts. Evening hours 4:45 PM to 11:30 PM, including weekends and holidays, are required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of restaurant, bar, or hotel service experience.
• Dependable team member who can work independently.
• Guest-focused attitude with a passion for great service.
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Evening shifts from 4:45 PM to 11:30 PM, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Opening the bar/restaurant for evening dinner service.
• Bartending and serving guests with professionalism and a guest-first attitude.
• Taking food and drink orders and ensuring timely delivery to tables.
• Running food and maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked work area.
• Completing side work and assisting with closing/resetting the bar and dining area at the end of the night.
• Adhering to all alcohol service, cash handling, food safety, and company policies.
