Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a part-time PM Bartender/Server at Courtyard Poplar Creek in Brookfield, WI. You will serve beverages and food, maintain the bar setup, and handle transactions with guests in a fast-paced environment.

Required: at least 6 months of bartending experience and a food handler and TIPS certification (or equivalent). Flexible shifts include days, evenings, and weekends; enjoy competitive wages and Crescent discounts across properties.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of bartending experience and the required food handler and TIPS certification (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Serve beverages and/or food to guests in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner.
• Prepare beverages for other servers to supply to guests, and act as bar cashier.
• Maintain proper and adequate setup of the bar, including stock, garnishes, and supplies.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions using the POS to create a check for each guest.
