Job summary

Responsibilities

• Cleaning all equipment areas and locking equipment doors.
• Set up, stock, clean and maintain work areas.
• Take orders from customers, input orders in Micros POS system, and obtain payment and provide change.
• Upsell customer food orders.
• Communicate dietary needs and special requests to the kitchen.
• Prepare food, coffee and beverages, including alcohol.
• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning and storing food.
• Prepare and cook food according to recipes and quality standards.
• Assist in Food and Beverage areas including busing, delivering food, and cleaning.
• Count bank at end of shift and complete cashier reports.

Education

Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
