Holiday Inn Fargo is seeking a dynamic bartender for Spirit's Lounge to deliver friendly service in a fast-paced setting. You will greet guests, prepare and serve cocktails, manage bar stock, and ensure a memorable experience for hotel guests during the evening shifts.

Qualifications

• Ability to mix common cocktails.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Knowledge of food service regulations.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and respond to inquiries in a timely, friendly manner.
• Serve alcoholic beverages in compliance with laws and regulations.
• Present menu, answer questions, and make drink/food suggestions.
• Mix and garnish beverages according to recipes.
• Present and serve beverages to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar area.
• Process payments using POS system; handle cash and cards.
• Restock bar supplies and collaborate with hotel team to enhance guest experience.
