Fairfield by Marriott North Conway is seeking a Bartender/Bistro Attendant to join our hospitality team. You will showcase mixology skills, assist guests with menu selections, and maintain a clean bar area while delivering excellent service.

Position is part-time with weekend evening shifts. Pay ranges from $17 to $18 per hour, with perk programs including Daily Pay and hotel discounts for Marriott properties.

Qualifications

• Prior bartending experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of various alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• TIPS certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests.
• Take orders and assist guests with menu selection.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Handle cash and process payments.
• Provide excellent customer service and create a positive dining experience for guests.
