Job summary

Fairfield by Marriott North Conway is seeking a skilled Bartender/Bistro Attendant to join our hospitality team. You will showcase your mixology skills and deliver outstanding service to our guests.

This role handles front and back of house duties, prepares and serves beverages, takes orders, keeps the bar area clean, and processes payments. Weekend evening shifts are required, with part-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Prior bartending experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of various alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• TIPS certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests.
• Take orders and assist guests with menu selection.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Handle cash and process payments.
• Provide excellent customer service and create a positive dining experience for guests.
