Job summary

Ontario Trillium Foundation operates a Dunkin' franchise and is hiring for an evening bakery associate. The role starts at 3 PM and typically ends around 7 PM or 8 PM depending on daily production. You will lead guest service during your shift, prep baked goods, manage inventory and ensure safety and cleanliness in a busy shop.

Ideal candidates are 18+, able to work independently yet collaborate with the team, and committed to maintaining quality standards and efficient workflows.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Evening availability from 3 PM to 7–8 PM.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, independent workflow.
• Adheres to safety, sanitation and food handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Serve guests during your shift as the primary contact.
• Be a key customer contact from 3 PM to ~7–8 PM and complete tasks.
• Prepare and frost donuts, bagels and other baked goods.
• Monitor and manage ingredient inventory for freshness.
• Follow all safety, sanitation and food handling rules.
• Keep the restaurant and baking area clean, organized and efficient.
• Collaborate with team to meet customer and bakery demand.
• Maintain a smooth, steady workflow.
• Assist in other areas as needed while preparing bakery items.
