Dunkin' Franchisee is seeking dedicated Donut Bakers to craft fresh donuts and baked goods for guests in a fast-paced environment with early or flexible hours and an independent workflow.

Key duties include preparing and baking donuts, maintaining inventory, and following safety procedures. You’ll work with a collaborative team and have opportunities for growth within the company, with overnight shifts available.

• Prepare and bake donuts, bagels, and other baked goods according to Dunkin’ quality standards.
• Ensure proper dough preparation, proofing, frying, and finishing techniques.
• Maintain and manage ingredient inventory, ensuring freshness and stock levels.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures.
• Keep the baking area clean, organized, and running efficiently.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet demand and maintain a smooth workflow.
• Assist in other areas of the restaurant as needed.
