Job summary

Meijer Inc. in Ohio is seeking a Food Clerk to deliver remarkable customer service across our Fresh departments. You will engage customers, share product knowledge, keep displays clean and stocked, and help maintain a welcoming store environment.

You’ll work with teammates across Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Deli, Produce and Grocery, using friendly communication and technology to complete tasks quickly and accurately. Prior retail or food service experience is helpful, but not required.

• Stock, rotate, and merchandise product according to standards.
• Use technology to complete tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures.
• Work across departments including Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Deli, Produce and Grocery.
• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
